The 4th round of the best dissertation competitions was held by the Iranian Water and Wastewater Association in order to promote basic and applied research in the field of water and wastewater science and technologies, and to select the best and doctoral dissertations in all fields of water and sewage. The winners of this competition were honored in the Second National Conference on Water Consumption Management, which was held on December 11th 2019.
The dissertation of Mr. Yaser Rasouli, an MSc student of Persian Gulf University, entitled “Treatment of oily wastewater adsorption microfiltration process via ceramic membranes” was selected as the best dissertation by the judges.
It is necessary to explain that this research has been conducted in the Sustainable Membrane Technology Research Group (SMTRG) under supervision of Dr. Mohsen Abbasi and Dr. Seyed Abdollatif Hashemifard. Many congratulations to the team.
